Is life stressing you out?  Have you had difficulty meditating in the past? Would you like to begin a regular meditation practice but don't know how to start?  
Please join us for this engaging afternoon for an overview of some of the many benefits of a regular meditation practice.

In this informative and hands-on afternoon, you will learn the basics to develop your own meditation practice.  Each participant will receive a Sanskrit mantra that reflects a way to bring more balance on your life path at this time.  We will have a group meditation in which you will be able to use your own personalized mantra.   
If you've always wondered what the "Gap" is that Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra often talk about, this class will make it clear.     Mantra meditation is for beginner and experienced meditators alike.
