Tanja began practicing yoga 15 years ago, finally deciding to become a teacher in 2016. She is currently working toward her RYT 500, and loves to teach Restorative and Yin styles of yoga. Her classes are perfect for all levels of students, and accessible to all. Tanja’s goal is to create a nurturing, safe environment where her students can relax their body, mind, and spirit.
